Thank you, Irshad, for the exceptional care you provided for Ali. Despite the brevity of his stay, I can attest that he found comfort and enjoyment in your facility. Each time I visited, I was reassured by his calm demeanor and his evident pleasure in the company and the food you served, which he enjoyed so much. Your dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated. Once again, thank you.

A huge thanks from me and the Trivedi family for all the care, kindness and patience you provided to Chan during his almost 2 years at Roselands. I know the move to Roselands was not easy for him after so long in his previous group home and at a time of covid lockdown etc, but with your thoughtful support he did settle in a way that maybe best suited him. I know Chan could be stubborn and challenging at times, and we are just very grateful that you looked after him with understanding and compassion, both in terms of his physical and mental health needs. And that care extended to me too whenever I visited, even helping me contact the RAC when my car broke down and I was in a panic because I had no phone or contact number on me!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the person who identified Roselands care home. Since he was admitted, it was immediately noticeable that dad's wellbeing had much improved. He was more alert, responsive and recognisable as our father of old. This was down to both his interaction with the other residents, as well as the obviously good and responsive care that he received from the staff. This genuine welcoming and concern of dad's needs was visible from the staff every time either Malvina and I visited dad. We will write to Roselands to express our gratitude, but I wanted to ensure that Lambeth Council has a record of our deep satisfaction of the care that Roselands gave to dad and the way they made his last few weeks more enjoyable than they would otherwise have been.

At Roselands, mum loves her room and gets on well with the staff and manager. I regularly communicate with them and use video calls to speak with mum during Covid, which she enjoys. Mum's wellbeing is stable; her blood tests and medication remain unchanged. She's slightly more forgetful and uses incontinence pants more frequently, but she's eating well and has gained a bit of weight. She still makes her own decisions and communicates her needs, though I manage her finances. Her mobility is supported by a walking frame and wheelchair, but she hasn't been out due to Covid. Roselands keeps me informed about her care, and I'm very grateful to the staff and manager for keeping her safe from Covid.

Just wanted to thank you so much for all the care & love you gave May Monica during her time there, without you she would have been lost, we're so glad she was happy & minded so well in her final years.

Dear Irshad,
I thought it would be timely to write to you regarding my mother, Christine Gadney and the care she has received whilst a resident of Roselands Care Home. I would like to mention the health care assistants who's compassion and empathy, friendliness as well as their happy and cheerful demeanour is clear to see every time I visit Christine .. Its clear the staff at Roselands attend to residents with a positive and open approach and a "willingness" to care for people. For me as a relative its really good to know that Roselands, Irshad the manager and his staff deliver a service that is capable, safe, knowledgeable, understanding and completely focused on the needs of the people in their care. I am in constant communication with Roselands and kept up to date with developments concerning Christine's health and wellbeing and it goes without saying that Christine is very happy and comfortable at Roselands and knows that her needs are met and that she is treated with respect and dignity in a flourishing and cheerful environment.

Hi Irshad,
I just wanted to take a few minutes to express our thanks after our recent visit to Roselands to visit my aunty Monica. Both myself and Brenda were really impressed to see how well Monica has been coming along there, particularly in her mood and though she is aging, in her health. We really think that Monica seems to have improved quite a lot since we last seen her there a few months ago. While I know Monica originally found it very hard adjusting to life in a home compared to her own surroundings, thanks to the tremendous care that you and all your team have given Monica, she has now settled very well and seems to be really happy and ontent there. Monica seems very fond of both you and all the team and it gives us a great sense of relief to know that she is being so well cared for and feels at home there, we look forward to coming to visit again soon. Send our love to Monica.
